That racers try to do all the action and drive fast just to earn money against their winning. Although these activities were also as enjoyment for new car racers.
Now coming back to the movie, The fast and the furious released in 2006. In the movie the main plot appears as some guys who liked to race with their fast cars. They also equipped their cars with after market parts. They use nitrous oxide gas to boost up their ride and to win against their opponent just to ear money and respect in the world of local street racing.
