The most common shape of alcohol that we all know is wines and other alcoholic drinks.  


It can have sleep inducing effects jus for some time on some people but not for scheduled or for long lasting. 


When drinking such alcoholic drink and or little bit of such beverages, some people get extra relaxed in no time, they slowed down (lazy) and feel to sleep.

For this effect, few people sometimes accept as true that drinking alcohol before sleeping can be a huge result to bring sleep. 





But recent studies tells different results, this plan has no ordinary logic & the latest study that is done by group of Japanese professionals at Akita University and the Akita Kaiseikai Hospital have observed and declared the results that use of alcohol before the sleeping is in fact the reason of insomnia, also cause of serious sleep problems.


 





They research showed that use of alcohol in ultra high quantity before the sleeping, causes sleeplessness and restless night, and also leaving the other mates tired and not rested at all. 





Jap. Scientists says that high alcohol consumption is linked to less quantity of REM sleep -


-Causing superficial sleep especially during the last half of sleep time. Experts say that all these effects can be very high in chronic alcohol users.
